Parents:
The spring 2010 soccer registration is open. We are currently in our first registration period which represents the best value to sign up your son or daughter.
The spring soccer season will begin on Saturday, April 10th. The only special requests we accept are in the Under 5 age group. Practice days are determined by the teams head coach, if you have a conflict you can request a change after your child has been assigned to a team.
If you need a shirt for the spring season, this can be purchased at Teamsportswear on Neville Island next to the RMU sports complex. They are open 10-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10-7 p.m. on Wednesday and 11-3 p.m. on Saturday. For more information on Teamsportswear you can call 412-269-2447.
The Moon Area Soccer Association will hold a spring soccer clinic on March 27th, there is no additional fee for this clinic as it is included in your spring registration fee.
Additional information on the spring season will be sent out in the next few weeks.
MASA is proud to support the Elk's Annual Hoop Shoot foul shooting contest which is apart of their nationwide anti-drug campaign which promotes choosing sports over drugs.
The Elk's will hold their annual Hoop Shoot at Moon Senior High School on Saturday, February 6th from 2-3:30 p.m. at the High School Gym, there is not cost to participate and winners receive a medal. Boys & Girls ages 8-13 on April 1, 2010 are eligible.
The Elk's have allowed MASA to hold our coaches meeting at their lodge, we hope you will consider supporting this very worthwhile cause.

If anyone in the age group of U10 is interest in playing on a travel team. The U-10 A & B girls teams and U-10 Boys team are looking to add players. Contact Tim Dornin the Travel Coordinator.
Moon Area Soccer is again going to hold a soccer clinic before the start of the spring session. This clinic is for both girls and boys. It will be held on March 27 at the Moon High school field.
The times for each age group are as follows
U12 and older - 9:00 am to 10:00am
U-11 10:15-11:15
U-8 11:30-12:30
U5/6 12:45-1:45
